Nintendojo’s Mailbag July 10th July 10, 2006
|
Plenty of questions await in Nintendojo’s Mailbag today. Ok, I’m not the type to usually write in to a video game site but that last comment kind of ticked me off. Taking pot shots at President Bush is perfectly fine with me, since it is everyone’s right, but does a video game site have to do it too? As a daily reader of your site and an undergraduate student in political science, I look to video games (and your site) to get a break from my normal study topics. I’m probably just overreacting, as I’m sure it sounds that way, but I think a site like this does way better for itself by not taking jabs at public figures, regardless of which side of the aisle they sit on. -Tim Freburg

| Dave Magliano responds: Sorry to have ticked you off Tim, but that wasn’t a jab at the President at all. Brain Age is like golf: the lower the score, the better, because a 20-year-old’s brain– the perfect brain age– is sharper and quicker than a 60-year-old’s. Wondering “how low” his brain age is was meant as an honest curiosity. Ryan’s a Brain Age player. Just how low is your brain age Ryan? I’m guessing it’s the lowest of all Dojo staffers: five, maybe six-years old. (See, now that was a jab.) |
