Lego Star Wars II is set to hit the Cube on Sept. 11th I think, but Traveller’s Tales is planning more Lego games. I guess these would come out for the next-gen consoles.

Traveller’s Tales and LucasArts stumbled onto an unexpected hit with the LEGO Star Wars series, but while the concept remains open for expansion, there’s only so much Star Wars exploitation the world can take. In an interview with PC Zone magazine, Computer & Video Games says Traveller’s Tales development director Jonathan Smith confirmed more LEGO games are coming.”We’ve got plans for more Lego games for the future — we hope we enjoy them too,” he said, though without expanding on what series they planned to tear apart (and put back together) next.

Obviously, LEGO Ninjas vs. LEGO Pirates in the ultimate bid for worldly domination, would be the best choice.
