I bet even if you did go it 30 minutes a day you’ll see minimal, if any, results. not because you didnt do it, but because your diet didnt change. Not that thats a bad thing, but a critical thing in weight loss. but i’m keeping my fingers crossed for ya!!

I’ll just tell you I was surprised at the results. Granted I didn’t go from a size 50 pant to 28, but there was some really interesting things. I’ve been working on this all weekend long creating little video montages, photos (my “after” shot), which is fairly impressive (I still have a little “man boob” I’d like to drop, haha. But, there was a weight drop, a body fat drop, I have details about how many calories each game burns, and a whole bunch of fun facts.

I’ve come to the conclusion that you get what you put in to it. On days where I played extra aggressive and moved around more (For instance in boxing I would hop around like a real boxer) there was a BIG difference in calorie burn.

Stay tuned, I should have this up first thing in the morning on Tuesday! I’m excited to finally get it all out there!

I’m really excited to see what results you’ve had. Enough so that i’m basing buying my own Wii when they come in stock this weekend. I think Nintendo might be really on to something here.

Look out diet and fitness companies.. Nintendo is sliding into your territory and making exercise fun!
