Zelda Reorchestrated February 19, 2007
Although I enjoy the music in ALL of the Zelda games (Even the MIDI sounds used in Twilight Princess), it’s always nice to hear those sounds brought into a new light, especially when that light is a full professional orchestra.
Zelda Reorchestrated does just that:
“It is our goal to transcribe the musical masterpieces that you have heard in the greatest video game series ever created: The Legend of Zelda! Our goal is to give each and every song from The Legend of Zelda series a realistic and atmospheric sound with the quality that you would expect from such film composers as John Williams, Howard Shore, and James Horner.
We don’t look to seek profit or fame. This is merely our own form of artistic expression that stems from The Legend of Zelda. If it weren’t for Zelda, ZREO wouldn’t exist. So we are grateful to have such a legendary video game series that can pull so much inspiration out of us.”
They have music from all Zelda games including a bunch from Twilight Princess:

I love the music that plays when you’re in hyrule field during the night in Twilight Princess.
AMAZINGLY SATISFYING~! Love the reworks of every bits. The first I jump to was the “Astral Observatory” from Majora’s Mask, then “Ilia’s Theme” from TP, next was the perfect “Kakariko Village” ~ My 3 most favorites from the series. I gotta say, this is an abosolute bliss. I’d love to experience this ZREO music LIVE in front of me, with video images from Zelda as picture from the above article.
By the way, love the use of Flash MP3 Player on the ZREO site, in fact, the entire website is absolute! Keep up the awesome work. Much peace and respect~

These aren’t real orchestra recordings, they are quite obviously midi recordings! Still sounds great though, ahh the nostalgia…
yeh its just midi converted into a synthesizer, but its still cool! sounds like a real orchestra!
