The online component of the game allows you to compare your game grades with those of all your Wii friends and family.
Big Brain will also be taking advantage of your system’s Miis to use as custom avatars in the game.

“When you create a student profile, you can choose any one of your Miis to represent you in the game. Additionally, WiiConnect24 works with Big Brain Academy, allowing Miis based on student-profile data from other players to appear in your game. You can then compete against those Miis in any of he multiplayer modes, so you probably won’t have trouble finding other brains to compete against.�

But using wiiconnect24 is a good idea as they could use it to add more content so it doesn’t get repetitive.

I was starting to think the graphic was made up. I’m glad to see that it is. Kinda interesting use of online WiiConnect24 too.
