Happy Halloween to all of our dedicated readers. We want to wish all of you a safe and happy Halloween and hope you have lots of fun. For our younger readers, ( and possibly older ) we hope you have fun trick-or-treating and get lots of great candy.

A small progress report: As some of you may have noticed, we have been taking a bigger emphasis on video games, and more original content. Hopefully, we will get many more reviews out for you viewing pleasure, and a more steady stream of original content.

I will have a review up later this week of Guitar Hero III

This is a bit of sad news that came from the review of Guitar Hero III for the Wii. Still a great game and the online play beats the PS2 version, but ouch, this is something everyone was really looking forward to.

“What you won’t get, however, is downloadable content, which is a huge shame, as it’ll be a huge focus on both Guitar Hero III and Rock Band’s future. Wii simply doesn’t have the space, and despite the developer’s best efforts the system just isn’t ready for that type of expansion yet, which is disappointing.”

A video ad will be released in New York City’s Times Square that will start Black Friday and run all the way to the new year.

 Not long ago we reported that Krystal voice actress had information on her site saying that she was the voice for Krystal in Brawl. That’s not suspicious at all! What do our wise members think of this?

I can’t wait for this game I will be getting it on Wii, but the Ds version is looking to be a good time also.

Well Nintendo recently announced that in the UK, Wii has a 68% market share in this current generation and that the Wii has sold over 1 Million consoles in the country in the first 38 Weeks, what’s amazing is that it’s selling 35% faster than the 360 and 25% faster than the best selling console of all time, the Playstation 2.

So everyone has been saying Wii software doesn’t sell and the upcoming release of game like GH3 would prove there theory’s, but Based on the latest stats from Amazon.com from yesterday, the Wii version of Guitar Hero III has been ranked as the No. 1 offering in the Computer & Video Games division, beating out the 360 (No. 7) and PS3 (No. 40) versions of the game. Could Guitar Hero III be the third-party title to prove that the Wii isn’t just for the casuals?

The upcoming Wii Gift Channel that will let you purchase a VC game for a loved one or a friend, is scheduled to hit the Wii this December, just in time for Christmas. This should do good things for the Weekly Challenge.

Well I just got Battalion Wars 2 today (barely) I tried to get it Monday, but Gamestop said comeback Tuesday at 12:00 I got there at 2:00 they had 2 out of 30 left(Thank God!). So I will be doing the Battalion Wars 2 review it will be a little bit different than FloatingWorlds previous Reviews. (more…)
