No Downloadable content for GH3 Wii October 31, 2007
I will have a review up later this week of Guitar Hero III
This is a bit of sad news that came from the review of Guitar Hero III for the Wii. Still a great game and the online play beats the PS2 version, but ouch, this is something everyone was really looking forward to.
“What you won’t get, however, is downloadable content, which is a huge shame, as it’ll be a huge focus on both Guitar Hero III and Rock Band’s future. Wii simply doesn’t have the space, and despite the developer’s best efforts the system just isn’t ready for that type of expansion yet, which is disappointing.”

I thought they said they are still working on getting downloadable songs out there for Wii. They just haven’t done it yet. (At least that’s what I heard.)

i hate the wii personally, i have it, my bro got for his irthday over the 360 for some reason. i hate it because there are no good games for it, all i play on it is gh3… i really wish i had a 360 so ican play halo and gears of war
Why not just do this if it cant hold the memory at all Sell a Disc for the wii to get all the songs that the others have.
Or sell it at the Wii Shop it can be re downloaded.

Yes, SD cards would be perfect for this, and if not, has anyone else noticed the USB ports on the back? A simple dashboard update that allows a standard external HDD would be even better…

for people who have the wii go on the nintendo channle and look at the video of guitar hero on tour for the ds.
