Sonic Unleashed confirmed for Wii April 3, 2008
Recently confirmed by Sega Magazine. Dennis, from a German gamng magazine, has confirmed that Sonic Unleashed will indeed be a multiplatform release:
“Sonic unleashed will be on the cover of the next PLAY magazine, it will also feature in Nintendo’s magazine (NOM) and will be in the August issue. The screens I have uploaded are from the Xbox 360 version of the game, however, the game is going to be a multiformat release.”
This confirms both a 360 and a Wii version, at least.

i hope this game dosn,t have a lame storyline like sonic and the secret rings most rediculous storyline ending ever!
I just want some more frickn freedom in these games… I don’t like games on a rail. In the old Sonics I could explore the whole level are nilly willy if I wanted to, I could back track no problem, and explore for secret walls to crash through and now it just seems like a speedy rampage just trying to dodge crap and pick up rings… give me some freedom in the gameplay Sega! not just a nice looking throwback to Tiger Electronics hand-held racers…

it cant really be on rails cos its multi platform…n it would suck controlling it with a control stick on rails.
hopefully it goes back to sonic adventure 1 style, that was the best sonic game ever!
