Blogger Roll Call! April 30, 2008
Hey WiiNintendo readers and visitors, we’re looking to pick up a couple of Wii-enthused bloggers. I personally (hey_suburbia) have been maintaining this site almost soley for 2 years (among other things), I had some help along the way; and very big thanks to all of you currently helping out here on the blog and in the forums!
ANYWAY, we have grown into something that is getting beyond what I can handle personally. Our monthly average of stats are below: (Sometimes we’ll peak A LOT higher)
250,000 Visits a month
160,000 Absolute Unique Visitors
350,000 Pageviews

Personally, I want to focus on more exclusive material that I do and there is a lot of “standard” news that slips through the cracks because I’m busy capturing direct feeds of new/unreleased Wii games or something of that nature.
I put a poll up this week to see how many posts/articles people would like to see and it appears that most want A LOT more on WiiNintendo, so let’s make this happen.
I’ll get back to everyone who emails me by the end of this week, feel free to email questions too.
Also, this is a non-paying position, but you’ll get A LOT of exposure and I try to hook up our bloggers with whatever “swag” I have lying around or if the ads give me a few extra bucks I’ll buy people Wii Points or send them a case mod.

You can’t expect free stuff too often (and who would? He is pretty much paying this site from his pocket), but blogging is definitely worth it on its own. Unfortunately, I haven’t had time to blog like I wanted to for the past year… the economy where I lived was going down the drains, and we just barely got out of there last month…
If you like Nintendo, or video games in general, and can write… go for it!
Hook me up! I tend to write with an angry tone, but I think I could dumb down the aggression to blog for WiiNintendo… I check the site 10+ a day and basically keep a tab open constantly viewing WiiFeed. This is awesome and I hope it continues well beyond Wii’s existence into Nintendo’s next big consoles life-span.
I wish one day a big company will support you guys, you got artist who got sign on major labels?, so something like that. I don’t know if that is possible, or sold the site, maybe?. But if you love what you do, Sirvenom say it go fr it!. Really I have seen some music blogs, that ae so popular and has more than 200.000 users a day, it’s unbelieveble, how some of those blogs can get so much people especial if it’s something allrwady is big like artist our consoles. If you have a new artist and you like her or him and you make a fansite about her or him, maan and you are 1 of the first it’s defently gonna blow and become one of the big fansite on the planet
another thing, your visitors make all this happin and you gdo what ever to keep your site runnin, it’s take allot of time.

Sounds sweet! I’ve already fired off an email, but i thought I might as well post here as well.. I’ve been checking this site daily since the Wiifii game section. Its how I found out about all my current favorite games (Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, the works…)I’m kinda like Mac2D2 in how i can be a bit angry in my blogging, but I could probably tone it down for this site..
That’s gotta be the most comments I’ve seen before! Haha
