No friend codes for Blast Works, yeah! April 30, 2008

Majesco has recently confirmed that Blast Works for the Nintendo Wii will not be using the traditional “Friend Codes” for its online mode and will be using the Wii Machine ID that is available in your Wii’s address book instead.

    They should’ve just used the main Wii code for all Wi-Fi games since the beginning. Better yet! How about the MyNintendo accounts? We can input our Wii code to our accounts; linked to Wii Shop. What more? Enough said..

    I’m still not sure why more games aren’t doing this… Oh well. Maybe they’ll catch on now.

    Yeah I read about this. I’m really hoping this means Nintendo will start laying back on friend codes.
