Call of Duty 5 details leaked, game already playable May 11, 2008

As previously hinted on, the series’ former developer Infinity Ward will not be working on the next Call of Duty, with Activision’s Treyarch taking it’s place, the same developing team that dealt with Call of Duty 3. They will release the title for the following consoles: Xbox 360, PS3, PC, NintendoDS, and the PS2, and even the Wii.

So what can we expect from COD5? According to the same sources, the game will be set in the World War II timeline, in the Pacific. Call of Duty 5 is also rumored to use the same engine as Call of Duty 4.
